HOW TO BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR

By becoming an instructor, you will a chance for further development through a training program designed by Jyrki Saario. You will learn how to teach your clients the mentality and skills needed for reliable personal safety.

If you don't have any experience in Defendo you will be invited to our Preparation Course.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE DEFENDO INSTRUCTOR COURSE

• minimum age: 23 years.
  
  three years of Defendo training with a recommendation from an current Defendo Instructor or some years experience in martial arts/fighting sports
• good physical condition and general fitness
• a clean criminal record
